Linked by a certain vulnerability and a body seeking well-being, empathy and gentleness but also by a joy of living, my aquafit comrades and I exchange short sentences and move in the water close to one another. We show each other these bodies every week in a judgment-free environment and this is what it does to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
